Our Head Office is in Chichester, West Sussex, but not all our employees have to work from HQ and we have clients throughout the UK. Behind the technology, there's a well-qualified and growing team of advisers, including specialists in Will and Trust drafting, estate planning, mental capacity guidance, inheritance tax and administering personal assets. So despite our high-tech approach, our clients can expect a high-quality legal service, whether they deal with us online, over the telephone or through a professional intermediary.
Meet our People
Legal Services Director
Lucy has many years' experience as a solicitor specialising in Wills, estate and tax planning, trust creation and administration, administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and affairs of the elderly and Court of Protection work. Lucy is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having achieved a distinction in her diploma. Lucy is committed to providing top quality legal advice, ensuring that our clients are well protected and have everything they need in their 'legal locker’. She is the architect of the company’s case management system and takes a keen interest in internal process efficiencies ensuring that we deliver quality services at fixed and attractive rates to our clients.
Martin is a solicitor and former law firm equity partner, who is nationally known for work with legal technology. This included building workflows and automation for small, medium sized and large law firms. Martin is responsible for the development of hi-tech products and services for the clients and associates of legalmatters. He has also brought the fledgling and award nominated roadtrafficrepresentation.com site into the ownership of Legalmatters, a self-service motoring offence website, with second tier lawyer phone support and representation.
Eleanor is a very experienced solicitor who specialises in Wills, estate and tax planning, trust creation and administration, administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and affairs of the elderly. Eleanor undertakes a wide range of private client work, acting for individuals, families and business owners. Eleanor is also involved in maintaining and building relationships with our network of third party referrers, regulating presenting at events.
Anne-Marie is an experienced conveyancer who undertakes our probate sales, assents to beneficiaries of Wills and intestacies and associated property matters covering registered and unregistered land. With an LLB Law Degree under her belt, Anne-Marie is working to full Fellowship of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Private Client Executive
Sarah has several years’ experience in estate administration and Wills and powers of attorney. She is a team leader in our administration of estates team, undertaking a wide range of work covering taxable and non-taxable estates and those involving wills and intestacies.
Estate Administration Executive
Lindsay is a valuable member of our administration of estates team, with additional experience in estate tax returns. Lindsay works alongside our senior team members, assisting on a wide range of cases covering taxable and non-taxable estates and those involving wills and intestacies
Sarah keeps our busy office, administration and financial processes running smoothly, we don’t know where we would be without her! Sarah juggles a wide range of tasks each day, supporting our legal advisors and playing a key role in the efficient running of the office.
Business Development Manager
Andy brings commercial experience from outside the legal industry and manages key introductions and account management for our key professional partners. He also assists with client inductions.
Emma assists with client and case inductions, estate administration processing and drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Emma provides key support to our busy legal advisors.
